Details: Sara E. Zelinskas, DPM of Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group, will host a free foot and ankle injury clinic for runners and walkers at our Virginia Beach location on the first Wednesday of each month. Dr. Zelinskas will examine and diagnose injuries and recommend a course of action to allow you to get back on the road quickly. Each attendee will receive a 10 to 15 minute, one-on-one consultation with Dr. Zelinskas. The injury clinc capacity is 6 and will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Sara E. Zelinskas, DPM received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa. She earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University, Des Moines, Iowa, and completed a residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Franciscan Foot and Ankle Institute, Federal Way, Washington. She completed fellowships in Sports Medicine and Bako Dermatopathology.
