I started running in 2011 to shed that unwanted college weight and manage the stress of entering adulthood. The running world has truly opened my eyes to become a healthier person and also a reliable person during group runs and free fitness meetups- where I have met the most amazing & inspiring people. I've completed numerous half marathons, two marathons and also recently gotten my toes wet with triathlons! On Thanksgiving Day in 2015, I began a daily challenge with myself to run 1 mile every-single-day and I am still on the running streak alongside my husband (who started his streak in 2015)! I can't wait to meet and run with new friends that share the same passions!
