Details:The Step Up for Downs Syndrome 5k is scheduled for Sunday, October  22, 2017 at Mt. Trashmore. Participants are encouraged to register for the race or pick up their race packets on Saturday, October 21 from 2 until 5 PM at Running Etc. (Virginia Beach) to avoid waiting in line and delays on race morning.
