Footwear

60-Day Return Policy for Footwear

Issues with footwear usually happen in the first few weeks. Sometimes shoes should work and don’t. If you’ve tried to make a shoe work and it’s just not right, we will replace, exchange, or refund your purchase price up to 60 days from the original date of purchase.

Return Eligibility

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. If you have lost your receipt, we can locate it in our system.

Return Exceptions

Performance Footwear: Performance shoes are not recommended to be worn as daily training shoes. Due to the limited availability of plated shoes, we do not accept returns on carbon plated and nylon plated shoes that have been visibly worn.

Misuse: Running shoes are designed for linear activities and are not intended for lateral movement, such as pickleball, cross training, tennis, etc.

Apparel

Return Policy for Apparel

Return Eligibility:
- Apparel that is unworn with tags still attached are eligible for return within 60 days of receipt. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. If you have lost your receipt, we can locate it in our system.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Worn or washed apparel: Once apparel has been worn or washed, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a true defect.

Electronics

Return Policy for Electronics

Return Eligibility:
- Electronics that are still in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for return within 60 days of receipt. If you have lost your receipt, we can locate it in our system.
- Defective electronics will be replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty.

Hydration Vests

Return Policy for Hydration Products

Return Eligibility:
- Hydration products must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact within 60 days of receipt. If you have lost your receipt, we can locate it in our system.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Once a hydration product has been worn or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
