Weekly Workouts


Running Etc. (Norfolk) has hosted group runs geared towards improving race times and fitness levels, since 1986. We generally do track runs on Tuesdays and tempo runs on Thursdays. The group runs start at 5:30 p.m. and are open to everyone. We have a diverse group with race times ranging from 15 to 30 minute 5 Ks. If race times are important to you and you would like to share the grind of a hard work out with a fun group of runners, come join us or give us a call for more details. The more the merrier!

Tempo pace runs as well as 4 to 6 miles at paces ranging from 6 to 10 minute miles
